Otterdock Is Now on the Mac App Store

Otterdock is now available on the Mac App Store. If you write on a Mac, you can organize your daily workspace around a single project workflow. For example, you can create a focused group that holds your primary writing app, the working manuscript, a project assets folder with images and research notes, and a web reference link for quick browser lookups. Everything opens directly from your Dock.
Mac App Store Edition Overview
The Mac App Store release is Otterdock 1.1.0 and requires macOS 14 or later. Out of the box, the free version provides 2 groups with up to 8 items in each group, and desktop widgets are included for free without any subscription. To unlock unlimited groups and items, Otterdock Pro is offered as a one-time purchase for US$6.99. Final regional prices and local taxes are determined by the App Store.
Differences from Otterdock Full
It is important to clarify how this release compares to the direct version. Otterdock 1.1.0 on the Mac App Store provides a native Dock grouping experience. It does not include the specialized capabilities found in Otterdock Full 1.1.2, such as custom popups, hover-to-expand, or global hotkeys. Furthermore, purchases and license entitlements between the Mac App Store and direct downloads are entirely independent.
